General Shipping Information
Where you place separate Orders, the Orders will be delivered separately and a separate Delivery Charge (if any) and any applicable Additional Delivery Charge or International Delivery Charge will apply to each Order. One-Shot Oiler Shop cannot consolidate separate Orders into one delivery.
Where you order more than one item in one Order, all items for which your Order is accepted at the same time will be dispatched together where practicable. However, in some cases items may be dispatched separately, for example: in order to ensure that you receive each of the items as promptly as possible; or where the items are of different types.
An Order will not be dispatched to you/delivered until your payment for the Order has cleared. If your payment cannot be processed, your Order will be rejected and we will notify you of this by email.
Following dispatch of your Order, One-Shot Oiler Shop will email you with confirmation of dispatch.
For all domestic Orders and most international Orders, you will be required to sign a proof of delivery document on delivery of your Order. If you are not available to take delivery, your Order may be be taken to a local depot or post office and a calling card containing the relevant contact details may be left at the delivery address.
For all products, stock will be labelled on the One-Shot Oiler Shop Website as either: “In stock”, “Available on backorder” or “Out of stock”.
- In stock – One-Shot Oiler Shop aims to have the Goods dispatched to you within 3 business days (some goods may be dispatched significantly faster than this, particularly if you have selected a courier or express shipping option) from the date that you place your Order.
- Available on backorder – the Goods will need to be ordered from the supplier, or they have been ordered from the supplier and we are waiting to receive them. One-Shot Oiler Shop aims to have the Goods dispatched to you within 20-40 business days from the date that you place your Order.
- Out of stock – the Goods are currently unavailable.
Shipping and Insurance Options
In general, One-Shot Oiler Shop uses Australia Post to ship Orders to all customers both domestically (i.e. within Australia) and internationally (i.e. outside of Australia).
Domestic Shipping and Insurance
For Orders that are to be sent to destinations within Australia, the following Australia Post shipping options are available:

All domestic Orders are tracked by Australia Post. One-Shot Oiler Shop emails each domestic customer a tracking number for their Order shortly after it is dispatched so that the customer can track the delivery of their Order via the Australia Post website (auspost.com.au/track).
All domestic Orders require a signature on delivery.
All domestic Orders are insured with Australia Post up to a maximum value of AUD$5,000.
International Shipping and Insurance
For Orders that are to be sent to destinations outside of Australia, the following Australia Post shipping options are available:

Tracking is not available for all destination countries. For those destination countries where tracking is available, One-Shot Oiler Shop emails international customers a tracking number for their Order shortly after it is dispatched so that the customer can track the delivery of their Order via the Australia Post website (auspost.com.au/track).

International Orders are insured with Australia Post for most destination countries. Cover restrictions including maximum insured value may vary depending on the destination country. Where your Order is insured with Australia Post, which is the case for all domestic Orders and international Orders for most destination countries, an insurance claim for compensation can be filed if you receive your Order but items are damaged or missing, or if you do not receive your Order.
Insurance claims for compensation must be made within 6 months of the Order being posted, excluding claims in respect of goods carried under the EMS International Courier Service and articles carried uder the EMS International Courier Guaranteed Service, for which no payments will be made under the Service unless a claim is made within 30 days of the date of delivery or of the date when delivery ought to have, or would have in the course of business, been effected.
In the event that you receive your Order but items are damaged or missing, all claims for compensation must be made by you.
In the event that you do not receive your Order, all claims for compensation must be made by One-Shot Oiler Shop unless One-Shot Oiler Shop irrevocably assigns its right to claim to you. Therefore, if you do not receive your Order, you must immediately inform One-Shot Oiler Shop so that we can take appropriate action. One-Shot Oiler Shop will not be liable to you for non-delivery of your Order if you fail to inform us in a timely manner of its non-delivery and we are consequently unable to make a claim for compensation from Australia Post within the period of time stipulated by Australia Post for making such a claim.

Additional Delivery Charge for Domestic Customers
In addition to the Price for the Goods and the Delivery Charge (if any) you may also need to pay any Additional Delivery Charges which are not shown in your shopping cart but which we may incur because you live in an area of Australia where light aircraft or barge transport is required, or to which our delivery service provider does not provide a door-to-door service. These may include, without limitation, Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, Roma and Nhulunbuy. Such charges may apply even where the item is shown on the Website as having “free delivery”, “free freight” or something similar. If you live in an area to which an Additional Delivery Charge will apply, One-Shot Oiler Shop will contact you before accepting your Order and will provide you with a quote for the Additional Delivery Charge. If, within the timescale specified, you do not agree to accept the Additional Delivery Charge, One-Shot Oiler Shop will cancel your Order. One-Shot Oiler Shop will not take payment for your Order until you have confirmed your acceptance of the Additional Delivery Charge.
International Shipping Requirements
All international customers are responsible for determining and following the regulations for their Order, including, without limitation, all customs requirements of the country that the Order is to be delivered to. One-Shot Oiler Shop does not guarantee delivery of Orders that do not comply with the import regulations of the country to which they are sent.
International customers are also responsible for any foreign taxes or duties that may apply including, without limitation, any customs or import duties in the destination country, and for the accuracy of all customs declarations and documentation in the destination country.
International customers have a duty to and are solely liable for providing all information required by the laws of the country that is the final destination to which Orders are being sent, and the laws and regulations of Australia, and are responsible for maintaining all records as required under any applicable customs or other government agency laws. One-Shot Oiler Shop assumes no responsibility to act as a record-keeper or record-keeping agent for international customers or any government agency.
